How do I return a defective  item?
Call us at 1-800-987-6223 to receive return instructions for items purchased within 30 days.

Often times we will have products shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. All returns should be made directly to SoccerWorld, not the manufacturer.

Please keep records of your return’s tracking information. SoccerWorld can not be responsible for items lost in transit.

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?
You can track your order by sending an email to ivan@soccerworldtx.com. Please include your name, order number, telephone number, and the date order was submitted.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit card, personal check or cashiers check. SoccerWorld accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If paying by check, the check must first clear the financial institution before we can complete your order.

Can SoccerWorld design a logo for our organization?
Yes, we have our own design department. Upon request, designs are provided free with “Team Orders.”

Can I get samples for my team/club presentation?
Samples of uniforms are available upon request, but will be billed at regular retail prices. If the sample order is followed up by a “Team Order,” we will discount the samples and credit your account.

Is there a price difference if I order in larger quantities as compared to fewer units?
Yes, our prices are based on the number of items requested. Orders of ten or more items receive a discounted “Team” rate. You may qualify for even larger discounts for very large orders. Please email or call a customer representative toll-free at 1-800-987-6223 to request a quote.

When will my internet order be shipped?
Orders take a maximum of 48 hours to be processed. Often times, we will ship directly from the manufacturer to save time.

Will sales tax be added to my order?
Orders shipped to Texas will have sales tax added. If you are a non-profit club, you may provide your non-profit certificate and be exempt.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on your shipping location and terms, you will receive your order in just a few days. When printing/numbering is involved, two weeks plus shipping time is usually a good measuring stick.
